The day I gave my blog a revamp!

I'm still freaking out. 

I mean... I have gone 360 degrees with my blog theme. I mean.. how? This is by far the most expensive thing I have done for my blog. I wasn't planning to spend a heap amount of money but it happened anyway and I'm not regretting it. If you don't have a clue what I'm talking about, my blog has got a revamp! I purchased a freaking beautiful blog theme that is Holly & Weave by Pipdig. A theme from Pipdig? I know, right? How premium!

The behind-the-scenes of why I got this new blog theme is because I just wanted to treat myself. I have been in a state where I was just not doing 'something' for myself anymore in terms of "pampering" myself, you know what I mean? And can we just talk about how I honestly haven't been the best in keeping up with the blog? *guilty*

So, I posted an Instagram story basically telling people that I want to reward myself but I need some help from them, a recommendation or suggestion, anything. If you're following me on Instagram, you would know. Anyway, a lot of them were telling me to buy a new handbag! I don't know what the coincidence was but truth be told, my current handbag is honestly not at the best looking anymore. So I was, "okay, handbag it is!" until someone suggested I buy a new theme for my blog. 

I was honestly so extremely grateful that I took the plunge and purchased this whopping 200 ringgit template because IT. IS. WORTH. IT. I know it also means I'm broke, but hey, you only live once. Why wait later if I can do it now? Why wait later if I have the chance now? Okay now, can we talk about how fresh and modern my blog looks? Ugh, it's so pretty it's almost worth it just to... look at. 

I'm still playing around with the theme, though it's almost nothing much I can do because it would be a cut above if I'm using WordPress. Regardless, I'm happy with how it looks now. Can I just say it's almost impossible for me to believe that the installing process, all the tweaking, and editing were so easy?! It's just my head that makes everything seems hard. Overall, I'm so excited to write again. I'm so inspired and I hope to see you guys in my next post. Toodles!
