MAC 'Velvet Teddy' Matte Lipstick

So, this weekend, me and my sisters hit up IOI City Mall (like, finally). We had a blast bowling and then decided to grab some makeup. I snagged a new purse and two pairs of shoes from Brands Outlet. And guess what? I finally got my hands on Velvet Teddy by MAC! Been eyeing that lipstick forever. When I got to the MAC store, I asked for Velvet Teddy, and they had it! Can't wait to rave about this lipstick.

 

MAC calls this shade "deep-toned beige." But let me tell you, it looks different on everyone. On me, it's like this kinda greyish-brown with a touch of pink. Weird, right?

Velvet Teddy feels matte, and yeah, it does creep into my fine lines a bit. But hey, it's still comfy to wear. And that matte finish? It means this lipstick sticks around. Seriously, I wore it out for karaoke, chowed down on noodles and chicken stew, and checked in the mirror afterward. It hadn't budged much. I'm so happy!

I really dig how these lipsticks are packaged, you know? The black and silver combo is so sleek, and the lid snaps on tight, which is awesome. Plus, doesn't it kinda look like a bullet? Right? This lipstick costs RM78. You can grab it straight from the MAC store or online.

I'm totally into it right now. It's this nice, subtle nude that works for a chill look or with some bold eye makeup. Super versatile and such a pretty shade. I'd rate it a solid 9 out of 10! I'm really feeling it.
